Of the eight collectible works of art by Aberjhani published exclusively in the 2022 anniversary edition of the Flannery O’Connor Review, two have been made available for purchase in different print formats on the artist’s Fine Art America.com profile and his Pixels.com website. The available prints include: the cover image fine art digital painting titled Sermon in the Valley of Broken Angels, and the fine art digital photo-painting called: View of the Cathedral Basilica of St. John the Baptist from the 15th Floor of DeSoto Hotel in Savannah, GA, June 18, 2021. “I went with these particular prints,” said Aberjhani, “because of responses to them from people who have the 2022 Flannery O’Connor Review. I don’t oppose auctioning off limited numbers of original prints, but in this case I wanted to make a couple of popular images accessible to as many people as possible at affordable prices and in different gift formats.” List of ArtworksThe 2022 FLOC Review (published by Georgia College in Milledgeville, Ga. USA) contains a full 8-page section which includes a profile of the artist, poetry by him, and the previously noted artwork. Most of the artwork is in the Silk-Featherbrush Artstyle created by the artist-author. In addition to the images already named, others are as follows:
“Some of the titles are direct references to books or stories by O’Connor,” said Aberjhani. “The collection of art published in the review as a whole is meant to serve as part of my multi-media commentaries on the author’s life and writings. The visual part of those commentaries began with the Flannery O’Connor and Converging Grace collection.” What is not included in the collection or the review is the artwork used for the cover of his book, Greeting Flannery O’Connor at the Back Door of My Mind, as well as several images reserved for possible exhibits. However, in addition to his artwork, the special edition includes a corresponding poem by the artist titled “History and Prophets’ Prerogatives,” which until now has only been available as part of a limited set of fine art poster prints. The Silk-Featherbrush Collection, described by artist Aberjhani as "an accidental discovery which has yielded some very welcomed surprises," introduced collectors to an innovative body of work that fuses fresh style and technique with inspired social awareness and signature Chromatic Poetics processing upon its debut at Fine Art America and on Pixels.com November 15, 2018. The four prints included in the inaugural collection were as follows: 1) Silk-Featherbrush Number 1: Rhapsody in the Key of Joy and Mystery
2) Silk-Featherbrush Number 2: Two Redbirds of a Feather Cozy Together
3) Silk-Featherbrush Number 3: Symphony of the Wandering Refugees
4) Silk-Featherbrush Number 4: All-Night Vigil at the Lighthouse Blues Club
Shortly after being were made available for purchase, different prints were featured on the front pages of the Fine Art America Beauty in Art, Abstract Moods, and Art District art groups. Current marketing plans for the Silk-Featherbrush line call for one or two new images to be released every Wednesday up until the end of December 2018. In addition, different items will also be made available at special discount rates for short periods. The timing of the release of the Silk-Featherbrush Collection is fortunate for individual buyers and merchants because it allows them to take advantage of promo code HSPRXZ, which allows shoppers to take 30 percent off any of artist Aberjhani's catalog titles until the noted time. Following the 2017 launch of his art catalog at Pixels.com and Fine Art America, content for the database of artwork titles by contemporary artist Aberjhani for sale online has more than doubled in 2018.
That news is notable because the catalog initially was intended to provide validation of the artist's work as a writer, confirming his authorship of popular quotations by featuring them as the text for his Postered Chromatic Poetics products. However, responses to popular original photography, digital paintings, collages, and mixed media have inspired the creation of themed collections and individual prints. Among the most recent are “Suzannanian Algorithm Finger-Painted on an Abstract Wall” posters number 1 and 2, and “Harlem Renaissance Deja Vu Number 1.” These three items are also presented as commemorations of the Harlem Renaissance Centennial. Lovers of art and purchase agents for various businesses interested in keeping up with posts of new images by the artist can do so by subscribing to his Art-Notes Blog.
